Their card analyses come from actual gameplay testing, and their strategies are approaches they’ve used to climb ranks. The site covers both fundamentals for newcomers and advanced techniques for veterans, ranging from basic movement mechanics to detailed breakdowns of card slot asia99 interactions. They structure their guides to build knowledge step by step, helping players navigate the game’s fast-paced combat and hundreds of possible card combinations. This open-world – or rather, open-worlds – action game features a level of gunbattles and broken promises befitting the legend that is Chewbacca’s best mate. However, Star Wars Outlaws essentially delivers a Han Solo-like experience in both good and bad ways; it has some handsome looks and a strong sense of adventure, but it’s also somewhat scruffy around the edges and is liable to let you down from time to time. More action-focused than its predecessor, this sequel is visibly closer to the classic Resident Evil 4 in its moment-to-moment gameplay – but blends this with the survival horror elements that we love about older entries.
Bigger than it first appears, Avowed is an engrossing and gorgeous action-RPG set in one of the most engaging fantasy worlds going, though it lacks the complex systems of its most beloved contemporaries. The best Paladin build in BG3 is hard to nail down, but players who want to double as a bruiser and support should follow this guide. Rumors suggest that Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto 6 may receive a mobile app with significant potential to make the gameplay even more immersive. A crew-driven sci-fi adventure for 1-6 players where you explore an uncharted galaxy, facing alien threats and tough moral dilemmas through episodic, choose-your-own-adventure narrative encounters. Animal Well (90%) When you get to the end of this retro metroidvania, that’s when the mystery really begins.
Not all of them will make it, spending their final moments toiling under the yoke of corporate labor. They are reduced and then, in turn, extinguished — their bodies considered little more than grist for the cosmic mill. The studio behind This War of Mine returns with a base-building game about corporate greed and a whole lot of clones.
You rarely wait longer than a few seconds to dive into – or retry – a racing activity. GT7 is a glorious return to form for the series and easily the best racing game to showcase the PS5’s capabilities. Baldur’s Gate 3 made one hell of a splash when it launched in 2023. It had been in early access for quite some time, allowing devs to fine tune gameplay to perfection. The launch build has since been updated, and as it stands, Baldur’s Gate 3 is simply one of the best RPGs you can play on PS5.
A near-perfect merging of FromSoftware game design and roguelike structure, Elden Ring Nightreign is a bold experiment and one of 2025’s highlights. Futuristic Switch 2 exclusive racing game Fast Fusion is plenty of fun, but a couple of missteps keep it from reaching its full potential. The Alters is a cerebral, thought-provoking, and beefy story-driven survival game, and undoubtedly 11 Bit Studios’ magnum opus. New single-person studio Stelleas announced its first project, Stellar Reach today. Offers a sci-fi Civilization-like experience on a real life scale. Dead by Daylight reaches an impressive new milestone and proves that it is still an engaging game by breaking its own player count record.

Rounds.Network is a specialized gaming website dedicated to the multiplayer game “Rounds” by Landfall Games. The site was created by frustrated gamers who wanted more than surface-level reviews and guides. What sets Rounds Network apart is their commitment to accuracy and honesty – they test everything themselves rather than just repeating developer claims.
For those that have yet to play The Last of Us, maybe those that started with the TV show, this version is absolutely worth jumping into. Even if you played the PS4 remaster of The Last of Us, there’s plenty to enjoy here as well. For one, the Left Behind DLC is included, and there’s even improved controls and subtle tweaks to gameplay mechanics like crafting. Of course, this is still a Monster Hunter game, and you’ll be glad to hear that the main draw in Wilds is still the hunts.
The game quickly settles into the min-maxing groove typical of survival games. Such are the demands of the economy on default difficulty, it feels as if you need to optimize every single second of the game’s 24-hour day-and-night cycle. Jan Botanist gets to work making veggies in the garden, then rustles up nourishing meals in the kitchen. Jan Refiner processes the raw materials; Jan Scientist researches new technologies in his lab. The day’s labor consumes your attention with its pleasing machinic rhythm.
Death Stranding 2 Review – Tied Up
Elden Ring wowed fans and critics alike when it launched in 2022, offering up an open world take on games like Dark Souls and Bloodborne. Elden Ring’s The Lands Between, is as deep as it is wide, stringing together now iconic locations that offer as much beauty as they do brutality. By expanding the scope of what a Soulslike can be, FromSoftware has created something that transcends the genre, an experience that appeals to all kinds of gamers, with no prior knowledge required. Throw in a decent variety of mission types, good progression systems, slapstick humor, something we called “riotous violence” in our review, and you get a great result. Helldivers 2 is probably the best PS5 game for co-op action you can get right now. The shooting in particular feels excellent, and while, like some other bits of the game, it isn’t always precise, it feels excellent to lay into hordes of bugs and robot baddies while hearing your characters shout nonsense slogans all the while.
Avowed Review
If you just want a damn fine PC game from the past several years, close your eyes and point at this list—you’ll land on something worth playing. The third big trend from 2024 was the prominence of indie games in our list of best reviewed titles. The highly-anticipated sequel, Hades 2, entered early access and delivered on the promise of fighting through hell once more, while games like Animal Well, 1000xResist, and Lorelei and the Laser Eyes also won us over thanks to their imaginative gameplay and storytelling.
(Even my pc struggles with that one) They optimized it quite nice its a stable 30fps i love it. @CJD87 I believe it’s 60fps in fighting mode, but gameplay is limited to 30fps in the ‘open world’ – including the fights that happen in there. My Switch 2 should arrive tomorrow.I also ordered Mario Kart World(want this physical) and I already have the Tears of the Kingdom Switch 2 Edition.I’m ready, I don’t care about the rest of these games now. I already own some of these games on other platforms.I could imagine getting Sonic Generations on Switch 2 and sell my Xbox version. So far I have a couple of these played and around a dozen more I’d like to buy, though half of those are on indefinite hold with all my storage space occupied by unplayed, performance-boosted Switch 1 games. Considering the cost of microsds and that I’ll probably want to keep a lot of those Switch games on there permanently, I have no idea if or when I’ll get around to the rest of the new ones.
Finding MKW at 13 feels like living in a dystopian world, especially when you see Fast Fusion and No Man’s Sky above it. It was one of the best features on the Wii U to have a map on a separate screen. If they can nail a seamless integration (no lag) with a smart phone to manage inventory, it would be a game changer. @PharoneTheGnome For what it’s worth, I don’t think DK Bananza is “open world” in any meaningful way.
Demon’s Souls is still one of the best looking games ever made, even almost four years removed from its launch. This is because it fully leverages everything that the PS5 can handle, with some of the best lighting and particle effects you’ll find on console. You’ll start your Baldur’s Gate 3 quest by being infected by a brain worm, and must forge uneasy alliances to uncover a way to save yourself. Along the way, you can take on combat and puzzles in pretty much any way you want. The full variety on offer in Dungeons and Dragons is available here too.
@gsilver It doesn’t have two spots, it’s just that its rank changed between you reading the first page of the list and you reading the second page. Since this article was just posted, lots of users are going into the games’ pages on NintendoLife and adding their rankings. @BFahey3 The Switch 2 Editions of BotW and TotK on NintendoLife were reviewed by two different people.
